Copeland's Top Entry Plug Valves are a great addition to our family of metal seated ball valves and allow field service in power plants where valves are typically welded in and downtime is always kept to a minimum. The unique design allows field repairs to be easily made. They have reliably metered abrasive alumina based catalyst and shut-off against high temperature/high pressure steam. Options include a choice of end connections, ANSI B16.34 body materials, to 4500# ANSI Class, and environmentally safe double packing assembly for new regulations requiring leakage rates from the stem area to be less than 100 ppm.
